The text of the resolution should be:

Resolution approving an Urban Development Action Area Project located at 32-25 110 Street (Block 1704/Lot 167), 33-40 105 Street (Block 1719/Lot 30), and 33-43 104 Street (Block 1719/Lot 47), Queens, and waiving the urban development action area designation requirement and the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, pursuant to Sections 693 and 694 of the General Municipal Law (L.U. No. 278; 20035042 HAQ).
