The text of the resolution should be:

Resolution approving an Urban Development Action Area Project located at 103-09 West 88th Street (Block 1219/Lots 29, 28, 27 and 26), Manhattan, and waiving the urban development action area designation requirement and the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, pursuant to Sections 693 and 694 of the General Municipal Law (L.U. No. 104; 20025245 HAM).
