Resolution approving an Urban Development Action Area Project located at 18 Havens Place (Block 1574/Lot 22), 215 Mother Gaston Boulevard a.k.a. 215 Stone Avenue (Block 1450/Lot 4), 213 Hull Street (Block 1535/Lot 55), 216 Hull Street (Block 1540/Lot 24), 1480 Herkimer Street (Block 1574/Lot 16), 1484 Herkimer Street (Block 1574/Lot 18), Brooklyn, and waiving the urban development action area designation requirement and the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, pursuant to Sections 693 and 694 of the General Municipal Law (L.U. No. 48; 20065167 HAK).
