The text of the resolution should be:

Resolution approving an Urban Development Action Area Project located at 415 East 154th Street (Block 2376/Lot 32), 669 Cauldwell Avenue (Block 2624/Lot 71), 764 Tinton Avenue (Block 2655/Lot 5), 771 Jackson Avenue (Block 2636/Lot 26), and 802 Melrose Avenue (Block 2380/Lot 1), the Bronx, and waiving the urban development action area designation requirement and the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, pursuant to Sections 693 and 694 of the General Municipal Law (L.U. No. 122; 20045418 HAX).
