The text of the resolution should be:

Resolution approving an Urban Development Action Area Project located at 108-16 West 141st Street (Block 2009/Lot 39), 152 West 141st Street (Block 2009/Lot 47), 154 West 141st Street (Block 2009/Lot 49), 156 West 141st Street (Block 2009/Lot 50), and 158 West 141st Street (Block 2009/Lot 51), Manhattan, and waiving the urban development action area designation requirement and the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, pursuant to Sections 693 and 694 of the General Municipal Law (L.U. No. 17; 20025083 HAM).
